纽约医院 and 纽约医院 Physician Practices offer secure online homes for your patient health information designed to help you be a more active partner in your healthcare. From any device with internet access, you can view your health information on a secure, password-protected portal.

Important Portal Information for all 纽约医院 病人:
In keeping with federal rules, 纽约医院 now provides patients with immediate access to certain health care information in their electronic medical record, through our patient portals.  This means that both you and your provider may see test results 同时.  If you choose to use our patient portals, you may actually see your results before your provider does.  Please note that you do not have to review your results on the portal.  You may also receive your results from your provider if you prefer.  If you have questions about your results, please talk with your provider.

纽约医院 has temporarily disabled portal access for our patients who are 13 – 17 years old, as we update our system in order to provide a better patient experience.
